Chris is also actively involved with various organizations in Winnipeg, one of which is the Children’s Hospital Foundation. Chris’ most recent role with the Foundation is that of Chairman of the Capital Campaign and the Chairman of the Children’s Hospital Foundation Lottery for Manitoba.
Val comes to us with 21 years in the Winnipeg Police Service, the majority of her career working in plain clothes helping victims of crime.
Val understands the power of real estate as an investment and is an experienced owner of rental properties. Over the last 10 years Val has purchased, and upgraded several homes bringing them new life.

Linda Munro has taken on the role of Client Coordinator. Her background before joining the Chris Pennycook Team includes 20 plus years of employment with the Winnipeg Real Estate News. Linda began her career with the newspaper in the graphic arts department while at the same time completing a certificate program from Red River College. Linda also worked in the capacity of Advertising Account Representative, assisting REALTORS with all aspects of their advertising needs. Linda is a compliment to the team and looks forward to delivering exceptional service to the clients of the Chris Pennycook Team.
